POGC assigned development of Phase 19 of the South Pars Gas Field to a consortium comprised of Petropars and the Iranian Offshore Engineering & Construction Company (IOEC), with Petropars Iran (PPI) as EPC contractor. Onshore facilities are located in Tombak (approximately 250 km southeast of Bushehr Port) at South Pars Site 2, while offshore facilities and wells are 120 km from the Persian Gulf coast. Offshore works include 21 wells and 4 platforms, two 32" pipelines for gas transfer (total 260 km), two 4.5" pipelines for MEG injection, and two 18" cladded pipelines for gas transfer from satellite platforms (12 km total). Final onshore production includes 50 MSCMPD of refined gas, 1.1 MT/year of LPG, 77,000 barrels/day of gas condensates, 1 MT/year of ethane gas, and 460 tonnes/day of granulated sulphur.
