This petrochemical plant is located in the South Pars & Pars Special Economic / Energy Zone (Phase 2) on a 60-hectare area. The goals of this project are production of ethane, ethylene, C3+ cuts, methanol, sulfur, EG, LLDPE/HDPE, acetic acid and C3/C4. Total production capacity is more than 5 million tons per year. The feed of the plant is sour gas supplied from the South Pars gas field.
